The Challenge
Husbilstockholm operates three popular campgrounds in the Stockholm area: Långholmen, Älvsjö and Tantolunden. After testing several booking systems, they needed one fully adapted to their needs with support for multiple sites, smooth payments and automatic accounting. The website also needed modernization to match the new booking experience.
The Solution
Webbfabriken built a completely new website and integrated our proprietary booking system WF Booking across all three campgrounds. The system handles real-time bookings with interactive maps, payment via Stripe, Swish and Fortnox Invoice, automatic confirmations and full Fortnox integration with daily closings and vouchers.
WF Booking runs on our own servers in Stockholm and also handles Tillväxtverket reporting, guest registers, vehicle filtering and add-on management.
The client also uses WF Chat for internal communication between staff across all three campgrounds — a secure and private alternative to Slack and Teams running entirely on Swedish servers without third-party tracking.
The entire solution is protected by WF SecurityCloud.
Results
We have for many years used Webbfabriken for website development, operations, email, support and cybersecurity.
