FAQ for international companies
Do you operate in English?
Yes. All client-facing contracts, support, invoicing and meetings can be in English. Our internal team is bilingual Swedish/English.
Where is the data hosted?
All hosting, email and infrastructure is operated on our own servers in Sweden. No US cloud providers, no third-country transfers. Fully GDPR compliant.
Can you invoice in EUR or USD?
Default invoicing is SEK, but we invoice in EUR on request. USD invoicing on request for longer engagements.
Do you sign DPAs and NDAs?
Yes, both. Our standard GDPR Data Processing Agreement is available in English. NDAs can be signed before any technical discovery work begins.
Can you migrate an existing website to Swedish hosting?
Yes. We migrate WordPress, custom PHP, .NET and static sites onto our Swedish hosting. Migration is included in our web hosting setup process.
