  • Operations and monitoring by our in-house team in Sweden.

Not included

  • Email is not included in hosting packages.
  • Public self-service account administration is not provided.

Recommendations

  • For WordPress, local backup on your website is recommended as an additional layer.
  • For email, we recommend Microsoft 365 (we are a Microsoft partner).
Security & Operations

Built for minimal exposure and stronger protection

Our security strategy is to reduce exposure first, then layer protection and monitoring.

  • Zero Trust model by default, with controlled opening only when required.
  • WF SecurityCloud WAF is applied by our technicians and is normally not disabled.
  • Monitoring and incident handling use our own products and workflows.
  • Operations align with ISO 27001 and ITIL principles (not currently certified).
  • No external third-party consultants have access to the hosting environment in normal operations.

Performance baseline

Fast baseline delivery is included. Deeper optimization can be ordered as additional service.

Data location

Sweden is default. Other countries can be selected by explicit request.

If a customer wants a more open setup, this can be configured with customer responsibility.

Support terms

  • Support via email.
  • Business days 09:00-17:00.
  • Day before holiday 09:00-13:00.
  • Normal response target: within 4 business hours (depends on account type).
  • Cases received late Friday are normally handled next business day after weekend/holiday.
  • Support in Swedish or English.

SLA and exclusions

  • SLA target 99.9% availability.
  • Maintenance windows and planned downtime are excluded.
  • Power outages or internet outages outside our control are excluded.
  • Major societal disruptions and external platform faults are excluded.
  • Full terms are provided in our terms and conditions.

WordPress migration is available as paid service. Smaller and simpler websites can sometimes be migrated at no cost.

Questions before you decide

Do you offer self-service panel access?

No. We run the technical layer for you. This minimizes exposure and reduces risk from accidental misconfiguration.

What is included in backup?

Central nightly backup is included. Restore is done on request and subject to technical possibilities.

Do you include email hosting?

No. We recommend Microsoft 365 for email, and we can help with setup as Microsoft partner.

How does support work?

Email support weekdays 09:00-17:00, and day before holiday 09:00-13:00. Normal response target is within 4 business hours depending on account type.

Do you help with migration?

Yes. Paid WordPress migration is available. Small and simple websites can sometimes be migrated at no cost.

Where is data stored?

Sweden by default in our own infrastructure. Other countries can be selected on explicit request.

Do you have traffic limits?

Traffic uses fair use. There is no fixed GB transfer cap, but package terms include monthly visit and storage levels.

Can we get deeper optimization?

Yes. Baseline is already optimized, and we also offer technical WordPress optimization and additional services.
