Not included
- Email is not included in hosting packages.
- Public self-service account administration is not provided.
Recommendations
- For WordPress, local backup on your website is recommended as an additional layer.
- For email, we recommend Microsoft 365 (we are a Microsoft partner).
Security & Operations
Security in every layer
We build our own security systems. WF SecurityCloud monitors, detects and blocks threats in real time - developed in-house, not bought off the shelf. No third party has access to our servers, network or premises.
- Zero Trust model by default, with controlled opening only when required.
- WF SecurityCloud WAF is applied by our technicians and is normally not disabled.
- Monitoring and incident handling use our own products and workflows.
- Operations align with ISO 27001 and ITIL principles (not currently certified).
- No external third-party consultants have access to the hosting environment in normal operations.
Performance baseline
Fast baseline delivery is included. Deeper optimization can be ordered as additional service.
Data location
Sweden is default. Other countries can be selected by explicit request.

If a customer wants a more open setup, this can be configured with customer responsibility.

- Day before holiday 09:00-13:00.
- Normal response target: within 4 business hours (depends on account type).
- Cases received late Friday are normally handled next business day after weekend/holiday.
- Support in Swedish or English.
SLA and exclusions
- SLA target 99.9% availability.
- Maintenance windows and planned downtime are excluded.
- Power outages or internet outages outside our control are excluded.
- Major societal disruptions and external platform faults are excluded.

What does managed web hosting mean?
It means we handle all the technical work - server updates, security patches, backups, monitoring and troubleshooting. You do not need a control panel or technical knowledge. We take responsibility for the environment.
Where are your servers located?
In Sweden, in our own infrastructure. Your data stays in Sweden by default. This ensures GDPR compliance and fast loading times for Swedish visitors. No third party has access.
Can you move my website from another host?
Yes. We offer managed WordPress migration. We handle the entire process - DNS, files, database and testing. We verify everything works before switching traffic.
Is security included?
Yes. All environments are protected with SSL, firewall, DDoS protection and nightly backups. We use our own WF SecurityCloud for real-time threat monitoring.
How does support work?
Email support weekdays 09:00-17:00 with a target response time of 4 business hours. You always reach Swedish staff who know your setup - no outsourced support, no middlemen.
What is the difference between web hosting and web maintenance?
Web hosting is the server where your site runs. Web maintenance is ongoing work like WordPress updates, content changes and optimization. We offer both as separate services.
Do you host WordPress sites?
Yes. Most of our hosted sites run WordPress. Our servers are optimized for WordPress performance, and we handle all updates and security hardening.
Can you operate systems with high security requirements?
Yes. We build and operate systems with high demands on availability and protection. We control the entire chain - from hardware and network to application and monitoring. No external dependencies.
Who is responsible when something goes wrong?
We are. Operations, development and security are all in the same organization. You do not need to coordinate multiple vendors - one team takes responsibility for the entire environment.
