Yes. WF Chat is currently free to use for teams. We may introduce paid tiers for larger organizations in the future, but the core product remains free.

Where is WF Chat hosted? +

WF Chat runs on our own servers in Sweden (Stockholm). All chat data, attachments and call traffic stays in the EU and is GDPR-compliant by default.
